Bayer Leverkusen star Kai Havertz have completed his medicals in London on Sunday ahead of his proposed move to Chelsea, according to Christian Falk of Blid.
The report claims that the 21-year-old went through a medical in London on Sunday before linking up with the German national team.
It was rumored on Sunday that Kai Havertz was on his way to Chelsea after missing Bayer Leverkusen training and testing session.
The German international will join The Blue’s on an initial €80 million with another €20m to be paid in bonuse on a five-year contract.
He is expected to complete his move to England after Germany’s UEFA Nations League clash with Switzerland on Sunday.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the paper work have already been signed nine days ago and Chelsea are already preparing the official announcement.
He will be the sixth signing for the West London club, they have already signed Hakimi Ziyech, Timo Werner, Ben Chilwell, Thiago Silva and Malang Sarr.
Havertz will be Chelsea most expensive signing and also the most expensive German player.
His style of play include his ability to adapt to position from been a supporting striker to playing in the flanks and also technically gifted using the right and left foot.
